About

One of the most important aspects of therapy is building a trusting, collaborative relationship in which you feel safe exploring yourself and your emotions fully. My style is more engaged, relational, and direct than the traditional blank slate approach. I show up as a real human in the room. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, genuine, and approachable so you can bring your full, unfiltered self.

At times, we may laugh and kiki together. At other moments, we will gently and intentionally move toward the deeper, more tender work, including trauma, patterns, and the parts of your story that feel harder to face. Balance matters.

Part of my role is to reflect what may be difficult to see on your own. We will move at a pace that honors your readiness while still supporting meaningful change.

My hope is that you learn to hold space for all parts of yourself: the ones you are proud of, the ones that feel messy, and the ones that may carry shame, with increasing compassion and curiosity.
